This is a perfect step-up instrument for an advancing student.  It is open-hole w/ a b-foot and solid silver head, and it is in excellent condition with hardly any finish wear (other than the fine scratches found on any used flute, and a teeny tiny scuff and pin-prick ding - hardly noticeable). The pads are very good as well.  

It has just been serviced by my experienced repair tech. who understands how important it is that the pads seal well, and it plays beautifully, and with ease, in all registers.  Feel free to ask for a video of it being played.
