We are located in Fort Collins, Colorado.  When an order is placed, I usually ship via FedEx ground the same day or the next business day, provided payment has been made and has cleared. 

I would be glad to expidite shipping for an extra fee.

Tracking and Insurance
All flutes are insured and will be tracked during shipping (FedEx) and while on trial.  An adult signature will be required when the package is delivered.  To avoid any mishaps, I will work with you to make sure the flute arrives on a day when someone is there to sign for it.

Shipping Within the State of Colorado
Approximately $15 for one flute, and a bit more for heavier instruments, or more than one flute.

I will charge $15 if you call in with a phone order.  The shipping calculator on this site will come close to that if you charge to order on-line.

Shipping to the Lower 48 here in the US
Approximately $25 for one flute, and a bit more for heavier intruments, or more than one flute.

Canada, Hawaii and Alaska
$30-$35 is the average shipping cost for a flute, and more for a heavier instrument, or more than one flute

Worldwide
I will consider shipping worldwide (contact me to discuss details).  

Packing Materials
Each instrument is packaged very carefully with several inches of styrofoam peanuts between the case and the outer shipping box.
