Condition:
Excellent, nearly new condition.  This flute is as new as a used flute gets.  The pads are excellent with no tears or fraying, as it was recently looked-over and adjusted by my trusted tech. (it didn't need much done to it, since it's in such great condition). 

Playability:
Plays with a light touch all the way down to the low B.
